The origins of the work lie in landscape and by using the inspiration from the rhythms, energy and movement experienced directly through being in nature and the landscape, the image is created.
The work explores the idea of movement and perpetual motion of different elements and their transference from one place to another. It is based on the premise that everything is in constant flux and change and that all things emit a very individual rhythm, movement or vibration. The drawings describe one moment in this process of creation and vibration.
This drawing seeks to express the sensations of the things we know but cannot see, to remind us of our origins. It shows the patterns of all things.
